Brief de Design de Logo

Need a new updated logo for an existing construction company in New Jersey. We are in commercial construction, specializing in new buildings for the banking and corporate industry. The logo should show strength and reliability as well as having a little modern edge. I am open to either a designed logo or the text of NFS Associates with an interesting font and design element as the logo itself.

The construction design elements seem to be generic or just don't work in my opinion. The best are just using "NFS" as the logo itself. Let's go in that direction. Thanks very much.
