Brief de Design de Brochure

We are a security installation company that needs a brochure for an upcoming trade show. Our company name is Access Master and we provide mega pixel camera systems, Access Control Systems, and various other security solutions. Attached is a brochure from another company that graciously allowed us to use their brochure as a template for our own. There are several things we would like to change about this brochure. First, we would like to use our company's logo as well as all the phone numbers, addresses, websites, ect.
Second, we would like to use our own company's look and feel. Our company colors are red and black like our logo.
Third, the references section should be removed. we have several references but would rather not include them at this time.
Fourth, on the final page there are suppliers that we do not use. Red cloud, magicard, paxton access, lifesafety power, identicard should all be removed. They can be replaced with AWID, farpointe data, panduit, Housing Devices, and Barracuda.

Attached are several files containing all the necessary logos. The contest winner will need to provide files in all formats necessary for us to make future changes to the design.
