I have sent out an email to all requesting the documents from the link.  The link is working, there are several designers that have already submitted art.  I''m not sure if there are browser or interoperability issues.

Dimensions are in inches.  Book spine is ½".  The flat book cover after print and trim will measure 12.5" wide x 9" tall.  Art setup should be with 1/8" bleeds, for an artboard size of 12.625" x 9.125".
