This sounds like a really interesting brief. I would like to take a shot at it. Do you have any further content you can give? A theme for the poster (or are you wanting it to be as literal as having food vans and bands rocking out on there)? Can you provide a logo? Any info of what bands/food/beer will be available?

At this point. Most of the info is vague.  We will have beer.  At this early stage we have no sponsors lined up or any vendors yet.  I think those are items that can be filled in either as the contest ends or by the printer when it goes to print. So it should have a background that has areas to fill in more info as gathered.  And this is just phase one. As we get into this project further, we will either have another contest , or pay the winner to do more work. At this point I just need paraphernalia to start gathering interest.

Is there a particular country/state that this event is being held in?
