We are a residential home builder incorporating all disciplines of "ecologically friendly" building efficiencies; to include Geothermal, rigid spray foam insulation, Low-E glazing, and LED lighting. Our primary building territory is in North West Philadelphia, PA near the Wissahickon Park system. Not only do we build SMART efficient homes, we Design, Develop, Deliver beautiful chic homes.

Reason: I did not select a winning logo design before leaving for my family vacation and would like to resume this project. I will update the brief with more details as I did not do this in the beginning and hope to attach an image for ideas. Thank you!
