Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Virginia called OPTAC Systems. We help develop and market innovative technologies for law enforcement departments, department of defense agencies, and security companies. Our products include software and hardware for managing tactical operations. It helps them do their jobs faster, safer, and more effectively. We would like to see the use of a shield, some 3d, the color blue, a knife or sword. We would also like to see some other design that we would find compelling. The final design should communicate strength, stability, bold, new, technical, and systems.
