Brief de Design Publicitaire

We need an advertising design for a youth hostel in Barcelona that will be published in a journal for University students in the UK. We own two hostels in Barcelona, so we can host more than 150 people at the same time. We offer cheap accommodation (you can find beds for 8 pounds in the winter) with a lot of free services as wifi, full equipped kitchen, free activities, etc. We are not a party hostel, but English students look for party in Barcelona and some of them for cultural insights, so we need to attract all these people to come to the hostel (party and cultural).
I attach our logo (with the colors of the company), some pictures of our hostel and a picture of an advertisement that another hostel did. I also attach a picture that I found that I think is fresh and forces you to look what it is.
