can you guarantee the payment

Hi Nilber, I''m not sure if I will get many designs submitted in the time frame, so did not wish to commit if I only get 1 or 2. I am more than happy to pay for a good design and as per the brief, there will then be scope for more designs. It would be great to see your work if you are willing to submit.
