Everytime i try to upload the image it says my resolution is to high and it tells me to resize the image. but you want it at a certain size so what am i to do?

I am very interested in this job. Is there any way to convince you to extend the deadline? I am just finishing two projects very similar to this one and am just getting to work on your job today. If not I understand, I'll turn in what I can.
