I just uploaded the correct image file, so the password issue should be resolved.

Re: the other details: Please list "Doug Shelton" and "General Manager" on the title.  The web address will be www.advantagefacilityservices.com.  Leave the address, phone and fax numbers as 000-000-0000, etc for now.  When we select a winner, I''ll pass along the other info.
