Flat, before folding, the total dimension is 5-7/8" x 17-5/8"

The print paper is total 5 - 7/8" WIDE, by 17 -5/8" TALL.

So the flyer will have 12 panels with 6 panels inside and 6 panels outside? ( and 2 panels smaller than 3''). Which kind of fold you want? Z fold?

would you happen to have a vector format of your logo? .ai or .eps
