Brief de Design de Logo
We need a logo design for our company based in San Diego. We are developing a new site and a new brand around the name UHD Creative. In essence we shoot 4k cinematic footage for companies looking to brand themselves and their products. In my head I see the use of black and red for the colors. Or a slate/grey and red. Something a little edgy and bold. You can play with the lettering and use your creative side. Some ideas I had were a thinner font for the U (in red) and the HD is a bolder font in the black or grey/slate with the CREATIVE all caps but smaller font and most likely back into the red. This is just a quick thought on logo idea, but I openly welcome any direction. This is a offshoot of a coupe other companies we have so there will be a lot more work needed, business cards, letterhead....etc.. If you also want to incorporate the logo from the RED camera that would be welcomed since all of our footage is shot on a Red Dragon.

I have had a couple designs that I felt worked well that incorporated the circle of the RED cinema camera into the use of the UHD Creative and I felt it worked very well because it can be used as a Favicon and it is recognizable. There have been many very nice designs, but I would like to go in that direction. Please try to incorporate this into your design process. To reference the logo for RED http://www.red.com/products. A few of the designs that I received that I liked were close, but they need to be taken a little further. They were a little too soft. I would like to see more of a polished look.
