You stated

"i require a packaging design to comply with British standard regulations for packaging, it has to be eye catching, modern, minimalistic, professional and with a hint of traditionality, for a premium quality product (so nothing cartoony)."

And no disrespect to the designer but you the contest holder have chosen a design which

1) it does not comply with British standard regulations for food packaging
2) it is not modern
3) it is not minimalistic
4) has little to zero hint of traditionally
5) it is about as far from what passes for premium food products in the UK as it could be
6) and lastly has got a cartoon on it.

Seriously! So it's almost the exact opposite of what you asked for. Very strange.
