When you say character, can it be any kind of character like no human. Animal for example. Or can it be illustration of some kind that will connect to the name of your company.

The illustration of an animal would not be appropriate and an illustration of a human consultant is fine. An illustration that will connect to the name of my company Paul Thompson's Consultancy.
