Brief de Design de Logo

We starting new online store selling custom design tee-shirts and recreational accesories from around the world. I am looking for a logo to represent our name Chew's take out we would like our main icon to be a take out container like the ones used in chinese restaurants. The logo wil need to be able to printed on our products so it should look clean and crisp in a small format but be able to be blown up for larger items. I want the logo to become the focal ICON of the company where when you see it you know who and what it represents. We will have designs revolve around the box art. An example would be MRE Box where camouflage fill is used on the box etc. Our web-site will be modeled around a chinese take out menu keeping with the theme of takeout ( this may get updated so we have multiple site designs that will change time to time). We are focusing on reaching a audience that is out going and some what young. Brand recognition is the ultimate goal. The art and text needs to be editable as we will want to change the text often depending on the season and special design we may issue from time to time. We prefer to stay away from any thing cartoonish we like simple such as Johnny Cupcakes Logo as an example.
