Brief de Design de Logo

My company is called "Caju", which means cashew in Portuguese . We are looking to import various high quality food products ( cashews, tea, coffee) from Vietnam into the United States - mainly cashews.

We are seeking to brand ourself as an organic, health promoting Southeast Asian company who is both elegant and sophisticated at the same time.

I am looking for a logo that can encompass all of that with a sense of an exotic authentic Asian feeling.

Designers have all the freedom to take this in any directions they want.

• Vietnam's iconic symbol is the Vietnamese long dress "ao dai" and straw hats "nhon la" wore by rice farmers. The logo can have either one or both items or neither.
  
  File 1 is a logo I found that I really like which expresses where what the company is about.
  
  File 2 Included is an older design with two straw hats you can play off or not at all.
  
  File 5 is Vietnamese calligraphy, if you can incorporate it that would great.
