I'll be glad to help you set it up and can teach you how to run it and edit it, no need to have a new design done when there are so many free wordpress designs that can be easily adapted for your site. You would be responsible for the hosting costs at a good wordpress host and your domain name of course. Simply register for the new account at a wordpress host, I'll take over and set the basics up then we can enter the information for your sales pages etc. I'll also design a logo for the site, link it into social media and can add a calendar of events or anything else you may find useful.

First of all its a nice project but trust me It is not possible to design as well as make a WP theme conversion in such budget. I am able to to both jobs but In such cost Its not possible . I will submit my desig with such hope that you will reconsider the cost or can go with design only.
