I'm looking for a great design. And once that is approved, I'm looking for the supporting images, and page layouts to each of the 26 pages + CSS sheet. For me, first prize is somebody who does everything for us. If it turns out that what I'm asking for is too much to be covered by the current job price, we may choose to increase the price.

I´ve read through the detailed brief. In my opinion, your template has great potential, it has everything you need to build on top of it, anything you want. This project could be confused with you needing a new template design to be installed 6 different times to replace your current WP theme, but It´s really just a matter of having a designer customize your CSS files.

I´ll be uploading a homepage redesign shortly where I will further explain my approach.
