Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my new company. I am based in Dallas, TX and my company develops residential real estate and builds custom homes in prominent neighborhoods of Dallas. I am involved in every aspect of the building/developing/construction process from the architectural plans and design, to overseeing construction, down to the details of the interior design finishes so I want my logo to portray a sexy and modern design with a new age feel. I want it to use elements you see in design/architect firm company logos. Please NO cliche, campy or corny concepts like roofs, homes, tools, construction materials, blueprints, in the logo - we are not a remodel or handy man company that only handles construction. We are a high end home builder/developer who mainly focus on modern homes but do not limit ourselves to just modern styled homes. This logo needs to be original, modern, sexy, and appealing from a design sense with clean lines - something you would see used for an architectural firm or design firm, etc. Again, sexy and modern and new age. I like different shades of gray mixed together as this can appear clean and precise but would be open to styles/shades of green with gray or styles/shades of blue with gray and vice versa. The name of my business is "Tanner Homes." The focus of the logo needs to be on the initials "T" and "H" with "Tanner Homes" below the logo focal point. I would like for you to do something creative with the T and H whether it is blending them to form one letter with clear visibility of the T and H or doing something else with the T and H please be creative with the T and H.
