Brief de Design Graphique

I need a simple graphic / banner for a blog post that's going to be posted on TechCrunch (www.techcrunch.com) - the biggest tech blog in the world.

The article will be written by Alec Lynch (DesignCrowd's CEO) and the title will be "Asia's Secret Crowdsourcing Boom". The article is about the tens of thousands of people using crowdsourcing websites (like DesignCrowd.com, MTurk.com and Elance.com) in China, India, the Philippines, Australia and other countries in the Asia Pacific region.

We'd really like to get this ASAP - so early submissions encouraged. We will try and get the winning designer linked to from the article.

• The graphic SHOULD:
  1) Have the text "Asia's secret crowdsourcing boom" with some nice design and fonts (consider grey subtle pattern background and white drop shadow on fonts) - see attached examples
  2) Have an Asian theme
  3) Have the dimensions 640px wide by 240px wide

• The graphic COULD:
  1) Have references to some or all of the countries mentioned above or use Asian characters as part of the background / motif (maybe the word "crowd" or "crowd sourcing" in different languages). In Chinese, the word for crowdsourcing is "witkey" (and there are corresponding Chinese characters: ??)
  2) Emphasize the word "Asia" (using color and larger/different font)
  3) Use a chart showing exponential (i.e. fast) growth - like the attached
  4) Have a second line of text "5 Things You Didn't Know About Crowdsourcing in Asia"
