Brief de Design de Logo

Attention: sorry guys I initially was going to call the business elite building and maintenance but it is now called elite building and renovation. Sorry for inconvenience. I am a small residential home renovator/carpenter. I have an apprentice and a couple part time workers. we are a young energetic and passionate team. we love building and home design/innovation. I want a design that expresses my enthusiasm for building and design , something that is modern and cool but is still professional. i would like it to be clear, simple and bold. something that would look good on the back of a tshirt. something that will become a clearly recognized brand as my business grows.
i like the colour combinations of black, green and white/silver. white,black and silver. blue and white. yellow and balck.
our preferred style of building, design would be modern industrial
