Brief de Design de Logo

I will be providing massage and relaxation strategies such as mindfulness, meditation & other breath based and physical relaxation technique training.
I am working in a lovely town in rural victoria, Australia and my customers will most likely be middle aged to older women who focus on their health and well-being.
I would like a professional and feminine logo that would attract this group
I really like the idea of using the yin yang symbol -i have seen hands used in the yin yang symbol to represent massage and think that looked great - but not black or red.
I love the colours green and purple but maybe not too bright??
