A few queries about your brief. (I've made alot of keyart for television so I'm not on crack when I ask these questions)

Are you expecting finished keyart with these submissions OR keyart concepts.

If it's only concepts - One would need access to the talent in costume for a publicity shoot once you've chosen 'teh winnah!' So the submission should presumably consists of draft layout, shotlist & lighting reference. The title treatment (logo) can be designed ahead of time.

If you're after finished Keyart, could we get ALL available publicity photography in RAW on your dropbox?

Perhaps clarify the brief with a list of deliverables - exactly what ya need by deadline.

I do live in Sydney and am a fan of what you've tried to achieve with this ambitious project. I wouldn't normally do any work for free but I'll happily donate my time for this labour of love.

I agree with everything you said and will act on it at some stage but we are RACING for delivery of this film and we are a VERY small team ..

I just can't afford the time to expand on the brief or upload the many gigs worth of RAW files for you guys (also I'm not hugely comfortable with releasing all our marketing materials, some of which have never been released online, to a public forum) ..

At this stage I'd love you guys just to work on the materials presented - we're hoping to discover some awesome new talent and we're very much keen to find someone we can collaborate with for all our future projects -
