Brief de Design de Logo
We would like a logo that represents the personal attention that our clients receive, and needs to be suitable for use by other financial advisors looking to join our firm. The logo should also reflect how strongly we feel about working closely with our clients’ other professionals such as CPA tax advisors and attorneys.
Our firm name is Strategic Partners Financial Group. We are a wealth management firm providing personalized advice to individual clients, business owners, and tax advisors in the areas of investment, insurance, and estate planning. We would like our logo to subtly accent the first letter of each word in our firm name, as our web and email domains will use www.spfgnow.com.
We would like the logo to incorporate rich, warm colors, as opposed to cool colors, and would like to see design options with and without our tagline of “Your Vision. Our Focus.” While we don’t want the logo to be overly formal, we do want to make sure that it has clean lines, is simple, professional, and not overly playful.
We will be launching a project to for business cards and corporate stationery after selecting our logo. Thanks in advance to all participants for your time, effort, and creativity.

Thanks all for the great ideas so far - an update on color choice...
We would like to stay away from lighter colors in the logo such as yellow, light green, light blue, etc. Also, we would like to stay away from using bright red colors in the logo.
We are most interested in seeing deep blue hues, maroon hues, and dark green hues. Also, we are open to two-tone color ideas using the colors mentioned here, or combining them with black or grey hues.

Thanks to all designers who have been participating in our rebranding project. At this point, our favorite designs seems to have the following common characteristics:
1. They use a one or two color combination using dark greens, dark red/maroon, and/or deep blue.
2. Any graphic that accompanies the requested text in the brief has clean lines, does not appears cluttered, and somehow incorporates either an SP or an SPFG. We are not too receptive to using graphics commonly seen in financial firms such as bulls, lighthouses, upward pointing arrows, etc
3. In addition to the color combinations mentioned above in #1, we appreciate designs that will easily transfer to embroidery applications, as well as to black and white signage needs.

Thanks to all for your continued interest in our project. At this point we have identified two favorite candidates, and are working with those designers to make some final adjustments so we can make our decision.
Provided that finalists are able to deliver final revisions on time, we intend to close the project at or before its scheduled deadline. That said, our criteria have not changed since our last update, and we will continue to evaluate new artists and ideas until the project formally closes.
Have enjoyed the energy from you all, and look forward to doing more work individually with the selected design, as well as with the entire crowd with new projects.
