Brief de Design de Flyer

I need a flyer design for a retail flooring buiness based in North Vancouver, BC that caters to the lower mainland market place.

The company sales & installs all type of flooring.(hardwood, laminate, carpet, tile, epoxy flooring) as well as small renovations (kitchens, & bathroom renovations). Our current logo is blue red & white and can be seen on the following website: www.edgemontfloors.com

I would like to create a flyer that will target a mid to high end customer base. The flyer should also carry our monthly specials. We want to use the same logo.

The flyer should be simple, clean, & modern. We are open to all of your creativity.
