Brief de Design de Logo

We are a corporate property consultancy company based in Sydney CBD who specialise in the following;

1. Tenant representation - we assist tenants with negotiating their leases as well as relocating premises. We also negotiate make good settlements and market rent reviews.

2. Asset management - we assist Landlords with providing advice on strategic planning and management of their property portfolios.

3. Leasing - assist landlords with leasing of vacant premises to new tenants.

We undertake consultancy for commercial, retail and industrial property only - NO RESIDENTIAL.

Given that our company name is long, we feel it's very important to have a memorable logo that people will recognise. Professional branding and a logo that is fresh, modern, progressive yet simple.

We will leave the colour selection to the designer.
