• Does the business have the skills and experience to develop the type of site you have specified?
• Does the designer seem to be a good listener?
• Does the designer understand the project?
• Has the designer built Web sites for your type of organization before?
• How much experience does the designer have in developing Web sites similar to the one you’re planning to develop?
• Is what the designer proposes to do for you able to be viewed on a live Web site that you can see and explore?
Is the designer’s written submission easy to understand
