Brief de Design de Logo

Logo needed for new chain of Cornish Pasty shops, specialising in a variety of flavours, some developed in areas of the world outside the UK (e.g. USA, Australia, New Zealand). We are keen to try to draw upon the history of this food ( as a miners food, and also it's long history, dating back at least 200 years ). The design should distinguish the brand from others currently in existence for fast foods e.g. Subway, Burger King, etc.
