Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company I'm starting in Dubai called "JUNO". We provide executive, leadership, team and business coaching as well as leadership development. Our coaching and development taps into and unlocks the unlimited potential in the individual and/or organization, thereby transforming their leadership capabilities and moving them from good to extraordinary. I would like to see designs in the colors blue and grey. The final design should communicate growth, transformation, strength and excellence.
