Brief de Design de Papeterie
We need a consistently branded image for our business cards, letterhead, property marketing flyers, powerpoint presentations, etc.
We are a COMMERCIAL real estate company. We do NOT do residential real estate, so please do not submit any designs with references to houses as they will be rejected.
We just completed a design contest for our logo, so we want to encorporate that logo in our stationary design, and we have attached it for your use. Please let us know if you need the logo in another format.
We can accept the business cards in adobe illustrator, the letterhead needs to be a template in Microsoft Word, the Property Flyer can be either in PowerPoint or Adobe Illustrator, and the PowerPoint presentation needs to have a Cover Page, Table of Contents, a few sample pages, and a Closing/Summary slide at the end.
We have attached a sample Property Flyer to show what we are basically looking for; but this is only provided as a sample, so you can see the kind of information we generally need to include on our Flyers. They can be in either landscape or portrait layout.

I appreciate these designs, and I like them but have a few comments. I'd prefer to not have the watermarks on the letterhead or business cards. They might work on Powerpoint presentations but I'm not sure I'm a big fan of the watermarks.
Also, I'd like to see some color combinations that use something other than just red. I'd like to see something where we have just the logo in red and have a contrasting color used as well. Thoughts? If you have any questions or need more information, let me know.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I've been working on several issues and have not been able to pick a winner in this contest. I am extending the deadline for 7 days, but I may choose a winner sooner rather than later. - There must be a space on the Flyer that includes the disclaimer shown on the bottom of the attached sample.
