Brief de Design de Logo

I want to make this logo to look good on my Website , and also for branding and merchandise, i will like to use it to make very nice prints not necessarily colorful, Good prints on Pens, on T shirts, Mugs and other branding items. I will also like the logo to be very unique, The name of the site is www.youcomblog.com .but i want it to be www.youcom.com
designer.

To be honest i just want a very good designer to use his/her own creative pure mind to do this , please visit the site to have an idea of what we are trying to achieve, i am looking to do more of business on this site.

Please the logo should be unique, fresh, modern, and something very good for merchandise , if made in solid form it should stand nice.
it should also look good on paper , letter headed etc.
