Brief de Design de Logo

Hello designers,

I run a recording studio in melbourne australia and need a new logo design. This logo will be used for all digital and print media, and inparticular our new website (still to be constructed).

Previous logos have included sound waves and have included colours such as light blues, greys and blacks. I was considering if maybe the new logo may also include these colours or maybe even a greyscale..? Those are some simple ideas I had for possible inclusion, but should not nessasarily limit your design ideas.

Other things I think of when I think "recording studio" are large diaphram condenser microphones, headphones, speakers, mixing consoles, "VU Meters", "play"/"record"/"Fast-Foward"/"Rewind" buttons, and my personal favourite as stated above; sound waves.

I have also toyed in my head with the idea of including a ".com" (ie "inspiredsoundstudios.com" - a web domain I own.) within the logo but am undecided on this thought, so will leave it to your discretion.

Also note: My website will feature many photos of the studio like many studio websites (eg. "http://www.urbanaudio.com.au/urbanaudio/Studio_A.html"), though this may not affect your designs, inspired sound studios have woodgrain and grey themed rooms, and the website will likely follow suit.
