Brief de Design Étiquette

I need a label for home-brew beer bottles. My sons and I all make our own beer. It should say Bohle Brew in blackletter (because we are of German heritage) (EDIT: ACTUALLY WE ARE LIKING OTHER TYPEFACE NOW) and the designer will need to work in aspects of the Bohle family (crest attached). Finally we will need two blank areas or lines for (1) what kind of beer (handwritten) and (2) who made it (the Beerista!) I have attached a rough sketch, but feel free to ignore and be creative. No color requirements. (EDIT: ACTUALLY, MY WIFE LIKES THE LITTLE BIT OF PURPLE IN THE 4TH DESIGN) Would like the logotype portion of the label to be usable on its own as a family logo. (EDIT; THIS IS LESS IMPORTANT NOW). I have attached another file sketch, which shows using the parts of the family crest w/out trying to replicate it. Thanks, everyone, for the good work....
