Brief de Design de Logo

Hi all, we are a new charity within Australia and branching overseas and we are called Rainbow Sky Foundation. We help local and overseas people, mainly kids out of poverty/sickness through many ways.
Basically I would like a logo showing a green/blue earth at the base (australia and asia if fits, see file attached for extent of asia necessary. if cant fit thats no worries) with some clouds and a rainbow from the cloud to earth. I would like the words "Rainbow Sky Foundation" written around it so the logo looks circular, but I am open to square and rectangle versions. Thanks for you time and have fun :)
