Brief de Design Wordpress

Need a wordpress theme that is customized and can be upgraded without losing content, look.

PC fastFIX we provide a fast affordable pc/ laptop service that comes to you. We aim to provide same day service. I can add most of the text content i need a working theme with 5 pages, my logo. I have provided the layout i am after. This is the orange image.
I have provided my logo, the colour and some words.
I need your design skills at the same time i'm very much after the layout of the orange images FILE 1/4/5 . But with my logo and my colours the blue and black.

5 buttons beneath header. The old , ABOUT US, CONTACT US, HELP, PAYMENT, EMPLOYMENT ? That lead to pages i can edit my self. And 2 or 3 flashing cheesy images where the old man is in layout picture. Preferable a family or attractive female pc technician? as if they exist. joke im sure they do.

Also a box on index page query or quote. That people can simple fill and email. a simple php script maybe? however im happy.

I want to be able to edit page text myself, upgrade wordpress not lose layout, (upgrade and editable page friendly) WITH my blue my logo, my blue color theme

1ST 4TH 5TH fileS ARE the layout im after .

2nd. My logo and theme and color to be used in the layout of file 1.

3rd. Just some text and swirls that might be useful.
