This logo will be used to brand a new customer service training program for a premier hotel hospitality company. This training program is the second in a series on customer service that will focus on delivering outstanding customer service skills.
The training will build the employees ability to conduct conversation and create personal connections with customers. The results of this training program will lead to higher customer satisfaction and higher employee recognition by customers.
The logo needs to convey warmth, friendliness, and the connection between employees and customers. The logo should not contain pictures of people, but it can contain elements of a resort stay. Please refrain from using kitchen utensils, food items, or kitchen ware. We are looking for “out-of-the-box” creativity and clean lines with regards to this logo design.
Please feel free to use your imagination. Remember, we are a professional hotel hospitality company and this will be used with employee training.
