Brief de Design de Logo

We are a new rock/indie band who are in need of a band logo. We love bands like Arctic Monkeys, The Courteeners, Kings Of Leon, The Verve, Oasis, The 1975, Black Keys etc, and we also love the simple black on white (or white on black) logos that they tend to go for... so, see their logos for inspiration. We don't play extreme music, so we don't want an extreme logo with too much going on. Just a cool, simple, casual design to suit our style and music (not TOO simple though - don't want it to be boring). Maybe think of ways you could merge the 2 words ('The' and 'Society')..? Or ways of merging letters within those words. Would also be cool if you could include a little design within the 'O' of 'Society'. I'll leave the design ideas to the pros anyway, as we're not 100% sure exactly what we want - we're just open to good professional ideas that draw inspiration from the bands I have mentioned above. I'm looking forward to seeing what ideas get sent our way!
