Brief de Design Graphique

As a company we have used a front cover to all our reports which need to include specific information about each property

We therefore need an A4 design design which must allow for inclusion of of the following editable elements through Microsoft Word although I am happy to embed graphical content into Word if not done as part of design process:

Property picture (or pictures if design allows)
Property address
Property size
Agent name (can include logo insert as well if you want)
Job type
Job date

We would like something which appears professional but also acts as a sales tool for the company and repeat business so inclusion of contact details in some form is essential

Style and colours should be derived and be reasonably consistent with those found in our website potentially included the blue tones from the logo and the green of the website as contrast at http://www.homeinventories.co.uk/ although please do not let this constrain the designs submitted as we will provide feedback as needed
