Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my cement rendering/plastering business.
We operate in the construction industry applying cement plaster to walls. (www.ivim.com.au) displays the type of work that we do in the photo gallery.

Ideally we want to use a gray/black/cement background colour with a fresh lime or green design/lettering. (refer attached current business card and dummy logo) however open to other options, colours and creative ideas. We like the idea of our current business card showing the green being spread over the black like cement as this demonstrates the type of work we do in the logo.

We want to use the logo and design on stationary, website and for use on embroidery for uniforms. Ideally we don't want anything too complicated as this makes embroidery difficult.

We would like to portray a positive,fresh and elegant image that is professional yet has a slight edge or 'cool' factor.
