Brief de Design de Logo

The lawfirm is a spin off of an existing firm, with significant experience doing trial work. Something with the phrase "Trial Lawyers" would be good. If colors, prefer dark, rich colors. I am in Texas. A Texas Star in the design would be considered. I'd also like a design suitable for calling cards, email signature and web site.
