Brief de Design de Logo

We are a background screening company that specializes in pre-employment screening. We are web-based, with our only office in Memphis, TN. We cover all 50 states, and most international locations. Our green initiatives include a paperless office, telecommuting employees, and a virtual phone system. We employ security experts, investigators, and a former FBI special agent. We are a small company competing against the likes of multi-billion-dollar a year companies like Choicepoint and Kroll. With our unique client-focused business model, we are (slowly) growing and just need some new marketing and a new logo besides the one I created in Windows Paint 7 years ago... Our company colors are blue and green, and the original logo represented 'going green' with the transitionary arrow in the center. I'd love to see something that hints to our original initiatives, but we aren't actively selling ourselves as a green company even though we still maintain the initiatives. Original logo included for reference but we are looking for something new and catchier... thanks!
