This is the first time I''ve used a design contest before and am uncertain of what to expect.  My business is very specific and I am limited on startup funds.  I have every intention of purchasing a design but do not wish to waive my right to a refund if none of the designs are suitable.  I do appreciate this service and will consider increasing the award amount.
