I think you have great potential here . Your work is very neat and I like it however it will need changes. 

If you would like to continue I really encourage you to. Basically I need to replace the existing icons within the app with new icons. I cannot redesign its layout, like you have, because it would mean I change the programming and we can''t afford to do that. 

To help, I have added more comments in my brief, uploaded some additional elements and ask that you give it another go? 

I note that you have so far provided a proposed layout (that unfortunately I can''t use) and an ICON. If you are still happy to win this job, and potentially design all my apps replacement elements then please provide the set of 8 app icons listed in my brief, the Photell logo and the new ICON. You could demonstrate the brands colour scheme in a screenshot like you already have. I noticed you used black/orange and white. This is nice, but I am open to other colours if you have suggestions 

The little icons you added to your vertical menu are really nice. You could probably still use some of those and retrofit into my screenshot that I attached to my brief.
