Brief de Design de Logo

The new company we are establishing is called incubated Global Solutions.

What we would like to achieve with this logo is the words incubated Global Solutions wrapped around the outside of the globe in between the middle of the outer line.

In terms of colours, I would like to stay with the colours we use with our Three Sista’s logo that are in the attached file.

I would like to outer line to be blue, with the inside shaded our yellow/orange (two tone just like the pic), and the globe to be green. The wrapped around incubated Global Solutions words I would like in white.
