Brief de Design de Couverture eBook

I'm looking for a high quality book cover replacement for a published Kindle ebook called The Shield. Here is a link to the current cover on Amazon's site:

Genre: military science fiction.

As you can see, it's an amateur cover and needs to be improved.
If you read the book description on the Amazon website, you get a fairly good idea of the gist of the book and the main character, Grayson.
I would like to see the following minimum things incorporated into a new cover:
1. Grayson himself is portrayed, but you can't see his face to maintain mystery.
2. He is wearing his black combat armor (flex armor)***important! Think batman in The Dark Knight Returns without the mask or other batman stuff. Just black body armor.
3. There's an emblem on his shoulder (cross with a circle) that is his badge of office and should be on his armor somewhere.
4. No aliens on the cover!
5. The author's name (Peter Evan Jones) should be on the cover.
The book takes place 400 years in the future. They still have traditional firearms, but they're way more advanced.

Amazon's publishing website KDP states the following about a cover image:
1. The image should be 4500x2820 pixels
2. JPEG or TIFF format
3. 350 dpi
4. 5MB or smaller

I'm excited to see what people come up with!
