Hi there,
We need a flyer done for our father's business. It is called Money factor and the flyer will be distributed to realtors in British Columbia. He lends money to realtors when they have sold a home from the time subjects are removed from the transaction to when the sale closes. He is looking for a modern, classy look with the following information:

I don't like the phrase Realtor Pay Day upon subject removal. I think I prefer "Realtors! Celebrate Your Home sales upon subject removal" . Your thoughts?
