Brief de Web Design

We need a website design for a new nonprofit organization based in Des Moines, Iowa called Kick it Forward. The nonprofit provides soccer training opportunities to youth soccer players looking to improve their game while also affecting the lives of the less fortunate in a positive way. While participating in the training programs the players also go out and raise money for selected charities. The organization then donates the funds. In its first 18 months we donated $10,500. We would like to see designs attempt to symbolize the mission of the nonprofit - essentially "improve you while improving someone else."

We would like to see the following features:

· A place to donate - Our intent is to have the home page linked to the donation page; a simple straight-forward process for people to give money, and make donating as painless as possible - no account needed to make a donation, credit card or e-check should be the only information needed to donate, and have it be on a single page.

· A photo gallery so people can browse the photo gallery to get a better understanding of our organization and a place to add videos and a calendar to show upcoming events

· A place for contact information and the profiles of directors and board members. This should include a spot showing all the charities the organization donates to. Also includes a news section/blog for comments and suggestions.

We want the design to revolve around the content and mission. We would really like to stress our organization as nonprofit. We would also like if the website was user friendly and easy to navigate.
