Brief de Design de Logo

We gamify fitness trackers to allow people to virtually explore real-world places, and plot their progress on a cool map.
I am hoping for a hand drawn block letter appearance that has a somewhat fun adventure feel. Some-what Indiana Jones, but not that style/lettering.

It will be an app too so I need an icon. My one idea for an icon would be like an evergreen/palm trees/mountains/desert/ocean/sun etc all jammed into one place to represent that is is exploring around the world. Or it could be a guy trekking. I very am open to your ideas!
