Brief de Design Graphique

In need of a Eye Catching For Sale By Owner Sign design. I plan on using the sign to market buildings and raw land that I own. The design should be able to scale to different rectangular dimensions for example a yard stake sign or a large 4' x 6' sign to be tacked to plywood. The design should have a dead space near the bottom that I can insert more detail information into at a later time.
