guarrantee thr payment please

A designer asked us to guarantee the payment. We have never been on this site, but like the concept. With no track record, we would like to receive a few creative designs and then we will promptly guarantee the payment. We have been in business for 21 years and are more than happy to pay for a good creative design that fits our criteria. We also have much, much more design work to follow.
